About Drumming: Attain altered states and consciousness through Guided Journey and Shamanic Drumming. With drums and other instruments we call in our guides and other beneficial beings to be present and available to us, to act on our behalf and to give us messages, understanding and healing experiences.

We gain personal connection with Spirit through group intention and focus.

Your drum or rattle - we do have some to share.

Dress warmly, bring a lap blanket. Chairs are available but feel free to bring your own. Bring bottled water and a grounding snack.
